Design Proposal + Area Study
This project will create a special and unique mixed-use entertainment district that would be anchored between two MARTA Stations and proposes creating an infill MARTA Station at its center. The entertainment corridor is designed to serve a growing college and student population. The project is pedestrian-oriented while providing parking that is not viewed from the street or sidewalk edge with commercial /retail at its base and residential above.
