Interior and exterior renovation of the Central Library of Fulton County. The Central Library of Fulton County is one of Atlanta’s most Iconic buildings designed by the famous Architect Marcel Breuer. In order to protect the integrity of the original design the renovation is mainly focused on the interior of the building. We are refurbishing and renovating the interiors to bring up to modern standards and codes. Some of the renovations include: a new entrance and entry plaza, new and renovated bathrooms, renovated theater, classroom and kitchen facilities. New atrium space through the roof with new skylight, new ADA service elevator, new expanded loading dock, refurbished roof and terrace plaza, refurbished exterior panels and new exterior glazing at select locations.
