SHAPE and FXFOWLE collaborated on this design study:
The project creates an office building in lower Manhattan that has immediate visual connectivity to the HighLine. The base of the project is intended to activate both the street level and the level of the terrace adjacent to the highline. The client also wanted to capture maximum floor space at the highest levels of the building. The building is intended to maximize it’s build out potential while taking advantage of multiple upper level green spaces with views to the hudson river and still appearing to be very light and airy.
