The project reflects a multi-block Master Plan + Urban Design over numerous blocks in the Historical Martin Luther King Jr. District. While the program is primarily Multi-family residential it attempts to create a strong presence of commercial/retail along its southern base that helps to support a Transit Oriented Development for the MARTA Station. The project is also the 2nd Phase of Auburn Pointe I – a residential development just to the west of the site.
